周玉蔻今天在臉書公布遠雄大巨蛋案廉政透明委員會第一階段調查報告書（草稿版），建議事項如下：
一、 建請市府將本案查得馬英九、李述德二人涉嫌違法圖利遠雄趙藤雄部分之相關全案資料，移送特偵組等單位依法處置。另關於馬英九、李述德二人涉嫌圖利、背信、瀆職之刑責部分，則由本專案小組另行向特偵組告發。
二、 甄審委員與廠商不當接觸部分，應函請公告公共工程委員會處理，是否已不適合再列名為各政府機關採購案或促參案件之審議委員。
三、 關於馬英九涉嫌圖利遠雄部分，除移送特偵組偵辦其圖利罪責外，亦有政治及行政責任，依據現行憲法規定，應移請立法院審議，決定是否進行彈劾。
